Implementation & Data Systems Resume
Build the workflow, make it usable, help people adopt it
A lot of my systems experience began because the work needed something practical and there was no enterprise tool waiting for us. This version focuses on implementation, requirements, data, training, reporting, and cross-organization coordination.
Professional profile
Implementation and project leader with more than a decade of experience translating stakeholder needs into workflows, referral systems, reporting structures, dashboards, documentation, training, and implementation plans across nonprofit, government-facing, Catholic agency, and humanitarian environments.

Selected experience
Catholic Charities USA · 2022–2024
Multi-agency referral and data implementation
Supported coordination of shared migration-service workflows and data practices across multiple Catholic agencies. Work included common data fields, referral processes, partner communication, reporting, metrics, and service-delivery requirements, with high-volume data reaching roughly 10,000 new records per week.
Catholic Community Services / Casa Alitas · 2019–2024
Program Coordinator → Director → Executive Director (2023)
Built low-cost Google Workspace-based systems around frontline needs to track arrivals, departures, demographics, travel needs, shelter capacity, volunteer coordination, and service delivery across multiple emergency shelter sites. Managed up to 2,500 operational data points per day and translated changing field needs into forms, dashboards, procedures, and decision supports while progressing into executive leadership.
Cherokee Federal · 2023–2025
Dashboards, analysis, and service-capacity planning
Developed dashboards and reporting for resettlement locations, shelter capacity, service infrastructure, and community readiness; assessed medical and social-service capacity; and consulted with shelters and service providers on documentation, referrals, and longer-term settlement systems.
How I approach implementation
I am less interested in a tool by itself than in whether people can use it and whether it improves the work. My approach starts with the people doing the job, the information they actually need, and the constraints they are working under. From there, I build the simplest structure that can reliably support the work and improve it over time.
